Crisis communications teams affect stakeholder perception in a disproportionately positive or negative way, depending on how well they communicate in a crisis. This course enables delegates to consistently plan and implement effective crisis communications, using real-world solution focussing processes to target and influence stakeholder opinion.
During the course, delegates will explore how to map, target and create effective communication strategies and messages. This course is suitable for message makers and does not focus on spokesperson and message delivery.

This course is delivered based on your organisational risks or hazards it can be delivered at either our training location or on your site.
